- No photos are allowed at home trials
- Goods sold are not refundable
- We offer full trade-in value
- Trade-in value is determined by Lotto
- Trade-in value is dependent on condition and other factors
- Unclaimed carpets stores at Lotto will disposed after 6 months. No reminder is given before disposal.
- Non-collected carpets will be stored at Lotto at prevailing storage charges of $2 a day or more as required.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Lotto reserves the right to refuse service.
- Prices are subject to 15% service charge.
